trojan help.............

i have EZ antivirus 2005...n everytime i do system scan...it finds a infected file, but it seems that it cant fix it!!
this what it says:

File Infection: C:\windows\system32\wdmg.dll is win32.mersting.B trojan.

then it says:

File: C:\WINDOWS\System32\wdmg.dll Size: 57344 bytes
Creation Time: 10:42:33 AM 7/27/2004 Last Access Date: 8/5/2004 Last Write Time: 10:43:12 AM 7/27/2004
Virus Name: Win32.Mersting.B

what the hell does this mean?? what can i do?? someone please help a brother out

Try going to the link and getting the online scan and see if it picks up the trojan.
