Hello --

I've received the information and forwarded it to the appropriate person so that should speed the process up. Thank you.

I was just about to purchase TI... glad I came here first. The partition I want to backup is the C: drive on a RAID 0 array. I'm using an Asus P4C800-E with Promise Fastrack 378, and 2x 200GB Western Digital S-ATA drives.

Hope this is resolved soon so I can start my backups.

I have an ASUS P4C800 w/drives connected via the SATA and RAID SATA controller, the ONLY build that 100% works is version 7 build 597.

Try rolling back to that version. Every other build, 7 or 8, never worked for me.
