Default True Image & Dell Desktops

Saw a reply from jlsf2 in the True Image 8.0 thread that TI doesn't work well with Dell desktops and was wondering if that could be elaborated on.

Not a clue, I've used it on lots of Dells, but not on every kind of Dell there is. In all my cases, it worked just fine.

I had a problem running the recovery CD on Dell 400SC machines.

This happened on multiple machines.

I was able to get around it by doing the F-11, apic off fix.

Supposedly the latest build (627) fixes this, but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.
