Default AMON is Freezing my system

i noticed that with AMON enabled all the programs I open are very slow and sometimes it freezes my pc!! I tried to disable the AMON and my system worked fine again. I have P4 2GHz + 256 DDR

Any solution?

Do you have any other antivirus program on your computer?

yes, F-Prot Antivirus, but f-prot doesn't slow my pc.

Is F-Prot in the on demand configuration? I have the same setup.

what do you mean for on demand? I't has the real time protection enabled too as the NOD32

Go to add/remove programs, f-prot, and click on remove. It will give you options. Remove the realtime scanner and see if NOD runs better.

do you think that f-prot is going in conflict with NOD? anyway i'm gonna try to kill the Real Time scanner and see if it works insteda of uninstalling the F-Prot

Within a few hours, there will be a new beta version put on the Eset's website. Give it a try and see if the problem goes away.
