question about posting logs
I posted a request for help on the 15th (I think) and haven't gotten a response. Is there something more I'm supposed to do? I'm trying to help get my dad's computer fixed for him... he has problems with his start page being hijacked by "about:blank", and I posted his log, but no one replied. If he needs to register and do it himself, can someone please tell me, because I'm only here for another 2 days (visiting from out of state) and he will not be able to do it by himself.

Hi scoopgirl411,
Unfortunately, it may take some time for your log to be read. The hijack forum is recieving hundreds of logs everyday with only a limited amount of experts to help. snowbound |
