HELP ME - nasty hijacking virus - tried everything...

Trojan virus hijacks homepage, search bar to about.blank. Tried forums, cwshredder, hijack this, etc etc. Only temporary fixes. The culprit is in the dll files and changes all the time. Best forum I've tried suggested downloading a Process Viewer program, and checking all dll's with no version or detailed info. Then I searched my c drive and eliminated all but one - sqlgmk.dll

I am not tech enough to know what's what so before I do anything stupid can anyone help? I can send a hijackthis or pv log. Thanks.
