Default Undeletable File !!

Recently i d/loaded an AVI file from p2p(soulseek) and it didnt play.Trying to delete it seems impossible.CANNOT DELETE/USED BY OTHER PROGRAM OR PERSON/CLOSE ANY PROGRAMS/TRY AGAIN BLAH BLAH BLAH.Tried to delete in SAFE MODE with the same result. Then it just proceeds to slow everything down, even opeing a desktop folder takes an age, until i reboot. All fine until i try and delete the file.
I have Nortoned it,spybot seek n destroyed it & used Hijackthis.I am uncertain what to do next to delete this annoying file! So i am attaching HIJACKTHIS LOG for you people who know what they are doing to look over.Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
I have XP pro which is installed on C drive & the problem file is on 2nd HD F drive(this may be relevant,i have no idea)
Thanks again
JaY
