Trojan.downloader.agent.BR - HELP

Anyone knows how to get rid of this nasty virus?

It keeps coming back even if I have tried:
1) disable system restore
2) reboot under save mode - tried to run AVG - failed
3) reboot under normal mode
4) rerun AVG - cleaned all virus
5) reset homepage to www.yahoo.co.uk
5) reboot again
6) connect to internet
7) VIRUS ALERTS APPEAR AGAIN FROM AVG

what can i do? any help would be appreciated.

then post your HijackThis log in the hijack cleaning forum with a full description of your problem and one of the experts will give u recommendations on any Malware found.
