Default Feature request: Make internet settings more secure

Correct me if I'm wrong but I have understood that SpywareBlaster is based on blocking lists and doesn't make any changes to Internet Explorer's security settings.

As we all know Internet Explorer has huge unusable settings jungle at least for normal user.

It would be nice to see feature that makes Internet Explorer's settings more secure.
-Block all third-party cookies
-Disable all obsolete and low security features in Internet Zone
-Disable all obsolete features in Advanced Settings tab
-Make sure that Sun Java is used if installed
-etc.

---
Personally, I use Mozilla Firefox browser and definitely recommend it to everyone.
