Heya all - I need some HELP!

I have been having a problem with Trojan Downloader SecThought.E on my system for the past couple months. I believe it is adware as i get pop up browsers even if i am not using a browser. AVG has spotted this one and a few others (such as downloader stubby.a, stubby.b, and proxy something)frequently and recently.

I am using XP home and have tried the system restore process to alleviate and dump the files, yet it doesnt seem to be working, and i am pretty sure i did it right. I came here from a referral: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/archive/index.php/t-30203

Following is my log and i have a feeling i got alot of crap kicking around my system. ANY help would be appreicated.

I havent had AVG pop up saying that it found SecThought but sometimes it will go a couple months without detecting it....perhapse this is better ? :) thanks for your help, and now that i know where to find my post in the forum, my response will be faster!

Also, i need to change my user name from my real name because i am afriad that people will hack my computer and get my real name, if you could direct me to do this also, it would be greatly appreciated!
