Default Problem, suspect SecThought.E . . see HiJackthis Log

Hello there,
I recently ran across some random lyrics site, when AVG starts yelling at me about how the above trojan was detected. . i told it to "heal" and subsequently scanned and had the thing moved into isolation, where i deleted it (or so i had hoped). . that was two nights ago, now my computer is acting wonky again, with wierd graphics deformations making me unable to read anything until reboot. This may be some hardware on the fritz, my computer's getting old, but it seems an odd coincidence (altho AVG has not said anything since i scanned and isolated the virus, and I've done about 5 updated virus scans since then). Also, the "Microsoft Internet Explorer" in the title bar of IE seems to have vanished, with just a the page title and a hyphen. . I didnt really notice when that happened, and I recently upgraded to IE6. . Anyways, here's my hijackthis log, any help would be appreciated:
