Unhappy spywareblaster 3.1

I have installed spywareblaster 3.1 on my pc but when I go to run it I get the error Bad block on harddisk drive or virus present please reinstall software.

I have checked the HDD and run AVG virus checker and can not find any problems.

Ideas are welcome

Question Re: spywareblaster 3.1

I have the same problem on 2 machines.
Both are Win XP.
I use Panda Antivirus Titanium. Antivirus scan shows no problems.

I hope someone can help, soon.
