Dear users,

We are here with a mission: which is to keep internet clean, users happy with clean nice working systems, and happy with the tools installed on it.

One of the statements is, we all learn from each question, as the only stupid questions might those never asked. So we moderators and admins learn, you as the user who posted the question, as well as other visitors after this.

We really hope to help you with questions about using the software, or infection cleaning, whatever mods and other visitors can do for you and you can do for others.

Generally spoken we do give ourselves lot of trouble to find the best answers we can. So we do like to know if the solution found worked for you, if not we look for more alternatives, if you're all happy with the new situation please let us know.
For ourselves, so we can stop looking for more and for other visitors who might get into the same, no sleepless nights about your system maybe died of other causes or you lost your connection.
