I deliver to ESET the sample everyday，And acquire to reply very quickly. But a lot of time, those samples after many days, were not joined still to the NOD32 database.

I try to write a letter the inquiry,then, I got to some dejected answers

I also delivered to to AVP LAB the some sample, but they can reply in very shortly of time, and add detection.

To this I feel the some loses heart, because I like the NOD32. Almost each day, I deliver to to ESET the virus that I discovers or Troy.

Providing malware to security software vendors is for sure a good thing to do; I for one applaud you for doing so and urge you to keep doing so. As far as I know, Eset is expanding staff continiously. I presume this issue will be solved within a shortwhile.
