BlastIT

I downloaded a tool called 'BlastIT' but my anti-virus says it is a virus called "TrojanDropper.Win32.Blastit"

Does anyone have more information on this? Is it true?

I couldn't find any info about Blastit being a legit program.

Btw it's generally a good rule to google something first before installing
What company made this "tool" ?

 

I think it was something called "devNET software group"

It doesn't matter anymore though, i have removed it.
