How do I use custom blocking?

Well, I just got SpywareBlaster. Its great and all but I think I need custom blocking to get rid of the suff I'm getting and I haven't been able to figure how to use the custom blocking.

Basically, you'll just enter a name and CLSID, and then enable the protection for that entry. For complete step-by-step instructions read the thread in this forum entitled "Sticky: How to add custom CLSID's to block with SpywareBlaster".
