one week ago I cleaned all of the viruses that were in my site and reported to following email address but my site is blocked still. What can I do now?

Hello just tried the website in question, and I have no troubles with seeing the site, (Using ESS version 5.2.9.12, but that shouldn't be a factor in this equation).
