Default Help with using proxies?

I have TOR on my computer and was going to add FoxyProxy to my browser...

Have no idea how to use them effectively... I'd like to set it up so that I can have multiple accounts running on the same message board without them being linked by IP or any other means.

These kind of requests are not in the spirit of this board. See TOS for more information.
