Question Android, Eset mobile, "Network Data transmisions are allowed" changed.

Galaxy S 2, gingerbread, Sprint.

I was doing a security audit on my phone and noticed that the "Network Data transmisions are allowed" setting had changed from "not allowed". How can I reset this or change it back? I've gone through all the setting in my phone and nothing has worked so far. Should I be concerned this setting has changed without notification months after running Eset? I only install software from the market place and I never have my phone out of my site or leave it unlocked and all the admin passwords are in place.

Thank you for any and all assistence.

BSA.
