Default phanthom account?

when I cofigured anti theft...Eset asked to create a phanthom account and name it as guest so that no suspicion will occur but when i restarted my computer its name is displayed as "kskbfzjd"..what to do?

I had the same thing. I just renamed the account to a meaningful name and all is ok. It is a bug though....

You can set up the name on my.eset.com in your account setup. If it's not specified, it will be generated from random characters.
