I think it would be a Very good idea to have the option of NOT automatically trusting such Apps & "Family" etc type Keyloggers in WSA's database. These are, i assume, listed in your DB by Webroot/Prevx as Non Malicious ? But they could indeed be used for spying etc.

We mark any keylogger as malicious. Trusted screencapture programs are programs like SnagIt or literally the print screen key.

You mean the ones you know about Remember the recent AdvancedKL incident

I seem to recall some time before Webroot took over, that it was stated somewhere on here that, Prevx ignored Family etc type KL's ? If i'm wrong, i appologise in advance !
