Question about defragmenting and registry cleaning?

So I have Disk Defragmenter and Disk Cleanup (as default) and I also installed Defraggler, CCleaner and Recuva from Piriform.

Does it matter what order I use these programs in and how often or for what situations should I use them?

That includes defragmenting, cleaning, registry cleaning and drive wiping...
