jumping mouse in era console when tabs are clicked

when i click a tab such as clients, threat logs, firewall logs etc., in ERA console, everytime, the mouse cursor jumps to some location outside the window, and i have to bring the cursor back to desired position.

is it by some design ? or am i missing something here ? if it is a fault, i am surprised, why nobody ever noticed or complained so far.

Haven't seen nor hears about this; perhaps you have some special software installed that is causing this. I'd suggest contacting Customer Care and supplying them with a SysInspector log.
