After installing NOD32 30day-trial Firefox crashes randomly
Browser: Firefox 12
OS: WinXP ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5.2.9.12 downloaded and installed. Since then my Firefox collapses randomly. There is nothing new record in about:crashes in Firefox. I don't know why this is happening. |

If you remove the AV does the crash occur still? Any errors or warnings in event viewer logs?

Had the same problem, so I downgraded to V4 - no crashes anymore.

Was there antivirus or other security software previously installed on the computer before the trial version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus was installed? If so, what was it, and how was it removed from the system? Regards, Aryeh Goretsky
