Plugins configuration lost at reboot look'n'stop 2.07 x64 win7

I've configured many plugins with internet urls (for instance lookatthisip.dll)
but after reboot, even in case of regular shutdown and Look'n'stop rules save,
all configurations strings are disapperaed in plugins customisation.
how can i do a stable configuration? is there any possibility to create an INI or INF File or registry tweak?

I appreciate any help about it
