Nice gesture as there are still users using the old Word versions. Any plans (or is there a need at all) for the 2010 version?

Quote:
The new .DOCX file format is entirely different, and does not contain the same metadata as the "classic" .DOC format. (That said, there are a few things that might make sense to handle, and they are on the to-do list. )However, one thing that continues to fascinate me is how frequently .DOC files are still being saved and shared - even by users of the newest versions of Office. If you ever deal with documents in the classic .DOC format, even when using the newer versions of Office, Doc Scrubber can be a handy (and enlightening) tool. Best regards, -Javacool
