Problem licensing RSS Pro

I am having problems re-licensing a laptop. The request has been "pending" since last evening despite rebooting and re-entering key. I'm also having very slow response on Returnil Commander. Is there a server problem?

Shoot me a PM with the Installation ID for the client and will have the team check the server logs.

When I came home this evening and booted up, the machine licensed right away.
