Question question about windows 7 32bit and loading program

Hi

i have a question

i run w7 32bit ultimate
when i boot i leave it idle for 1 minute every time to optimze the boot

but i did notice one thing , on desktop and laptop without ssd (solid disk)

1) i boot w7 , i leave idle approximately for 4 or 5 minutes
after i run photoshop cs5 or cs6 , w7 load it super very fast
or other phogram , in short is not related to photoshop , i did notice that happen with almost every program

2) i boot w7 , wait 2 minutes , load photoshop cs5 or cs6(beta) it's more slow

i did notice it on almost every pc , outside the pc with solid disk

does someone notice the same behavior ?

does someone know why?

it's realated to the version i have? the pro is better ,isn't it?
thanks
cheers
