Quote:
A class action lawsuit filed against the social networking giant combines 21 lawsuits from across the country. Separately, a German official has also expressed concerns about Facebook's privacy approach as well.

A class action lawsuit filed against Facebook in California is seeking a whopping $15 billion in damages for privacy violations tied to the tracking of Web users.

Funny (in a very sarcastic way) that should happen the day after Facebook becomes public and subject to a metric ton more scrutiny and regulation. On another note, Facebook and Mark himself better get in gear pretty quick on a lot of things. 'Ol Mark will be expected to make investors very happy and very rich, and he has a lot of governments to answer to as well now.

No more can he just decide on a whim to make billion dollar purchases and not tell a soul. It should be interesting to watch and see if he's just some guy that got lucky and rich very quickly, or if somewhere under that hoodie he has some real business acumen. Let the test of Facebook staying power begin..
