    I'd bet it will get overturned by the Obama administration, as word is coming down the pipes they plan to do just that.

    While according to the article nothing is going to happen for the moment, in my opinion it would be no loss. My experience with several Motorola phones has all been bad. Older phones had charging issues, and myself and other Defy/Defy+ owners have had problems with their phones such as freezing.

    While Motorola would usually be a brand I would stay well clear of, I bought a Defy at the start of last year due to it's rugged design. However I have had lots of problems with it, and will be replacing it soon. Admittedly my Defy is runinng better since I replaced the ROM with a Defy+ ROM.
