Avast Streaming Updates does not connect automatically sometimes

I use 236 KBPS 3G internet.
And i have been facing some difficulties regarding to Streaming Updates!!
Sometimes when i connect to the internet, the CONNECTION ESTABLISHED and ANIMATED STREAMING IMAGE won't show. It acts like it is offline mode!!!
But when i go in settings and uncheck/check streaming updates, the updates starts working as it should be.
Is it happening because of the 236 KBPS line??

Yeah, had same problem. Cloud was dropping way too often. But if i unchecked and checked both, it instantly reconnected. For a short time before it disconnected again. Not sure why, i guess algorithm, for cloud reconnection isn't that great or cloud servers have problems staying in sync with clients.

That's really bad thing.
Because cloud is the kind of a thing which should be working 24*7
If it is dropping by it self then there is no point of having Cloud Service

The other day it was working ok. So it could be just a server overlflow or they tweaked it. Not sure, didn't get much info back from the team.

I had too this issue twice,but after manually stopped and restarted the service everything was OK.
