Shows pretty nicely that hitting a keyboard key and typing what you want to happen is a lot faster than sorting through a ton of menus.

It's kind of ironic that linux users don't like Unity when it feels so much more like using a terminal and you can do things very quickly without having to sort through lists and menus.

He has no launchers in gnome panel and seems to be taking coffee breaks in between mouse moves. I reckon most gnome 2 users can do what he shows in less than ½ the time.
