NOD32 4.2.71.2 Update Question

I have a user who is getting a 'Upgrade to 4.2.71.2' type message (see attached screen dump).

It seems strange she is the only one getting this message (we have four other machines using ESET).

Also seems strange that it's not the latest and greatest update listed at http://go.eset.com/us/download/home (the latest appears to be 4.2.76.0).

We haven't previously seen such an update and I'd like to check it's legitimate ?

This update has been served for those with v. 4.2.58 installed to prevent issues occurring after recent Adobe Flash updates.
