Unexpected error

I upgraded Spyware Blaster to version 3.1 recently.
It ran without any problems until a week ago.
Everytime I try to run Spyware Blaster 3.1, i get
an error box which says the following:

UNEXPECTED ERROR

the program never loads up.

I have uninstalled the software and re-installed
it, but the same things happens.

I am on Windows 98 Second Edition.

I would appreciate any help to get the
program working again.

This sounds like it may be something that will be fixed in SpywareBlaster 3.2.

Are there any other details in that message box?
