If you don't want to tweak the rules you can put it in learning mode and after a while put it in normal mode...

For example:
Low restricted group
High restricted group
Fully Untrusted group

No, it doesn't. You have to create groups (you can create as many as you like), set their rights and put applications in it.
You have to build rules from scratch or you can use built-in groups (trusted, installers or restricted).
