Default GUI issue

Hi,
this video -http://www.mediafire.com/?t2cprst45b3xqpo- shows that when the main window of eset is opened, all new scanning results go behind this windows, and can't be in front of it!
So I think there is probable issue in this context.

No problem on Win7 here. The scanner window is always opened in the foreground of the main gui.
