Some more details would help.
I would cover the different types of sandboxes (rule based, VM, jail, and sandboxes like the Java VM/ Android's sandboxing), their potential and real world uses, and the methods used to secure them. You could go into the issues with sandboxes (often bypassable, malware can work within the sandbox - a good place to bring up Android security) I guess as well.
Without more details it's a bit more difficult to tell.
Depending on how in depth it is you could go into (DOD) MAC and DAC or other security models. SELinux v Integrity v AppArmor would be a good comparison of MAC v DAC and real world implementations.
