What is this?..Help
these are two that Malwarebytes finds and cleans..but they keep coming back..
HKCR\scrfile\shell\open\command| (Broken.OpenCommand) -> Bad: (NOTEPAD.EXE %1) Good: ("%1" /S) -> Quarantined and repaired successfully. HKCR\regfile\shell\open\command| (Broken.OpenCommand) -> Bad: (NOTEPAD.EXE %1) Good: (regedit.exe "%1") -> Quarantined and repaired successfully.  |

I think it "might" be due to you having some other App that's replaced Windows notepad ? I've replaced it with Metapad & get similar results with scans from other Apps
 In which case nothing to worry about
