    for Windows and Linux. it's free

    it's a note taking application that is also an information manager based on the Wiki system.

    you can create ToDo list with a due date, drag and drop links from the web or file on a drive.

    there's a couple of review at the bottom of the page to give you some examples of what this thing can be used for.

    basically, it allows to link information or files and folders in one place.
    for people who have a little bit of geek in them a program like this can increase productivity a lot.
