Question HTML/ScrInject.B.Gen virus: What to do when threats cannot be cleaned?

I have ESET Smart Security 5, with 6840 (20120130)

A short time ago I ended up with two files in quarantine related to ads with reason being HTML/ScrInject.B.Gen virus

I noticed the update above had been loaded and re-ran the scan (had run it a day or two prior with no problems).

I now have two threats found under the same name HTML/ScrInject.B.Gen virus

The problem is that it says that they could not be cleaned automatically. I have only two options: Delete and No Action.

How should I proceed? If I delete them, does it clean it from my system?

Hello,
it's probably the same problem as the one discussed here.
