How do I get the best Scan
I assume just do "Full In-Depth" and click all and let it run overnight but I must obviiously have missed something, if someone can clarify me how do I get the best virus scan on my eset nos 32

Are you using NOD32 v2? It is set to be discontinued in February. The current version is ESET NOD32 Antivirus v5, which is a free upgrade for licensed users. Regards, Aryeh Goretsky
