Default Paragon OS to SSD not migrating Win XP

I'm trying to migrate a Win XP os to a 60 gb OCZ Vertex3. The HD is in basic format, not dynamic.

There is only about 40 gb used on the HD. I start the utility and go through the options. Everything is fine and it gets to the point where i'm told that the computer must be restarted and the OS will be copied in 'boot time mode'

I click to proceed, the computer restarts and just boots back into windows with no sign of anything being done. The only difference from before is that the SSD is reformatted, and there is no drive letter assigned.

Is there something I'm missing here? I've tried several times with the exact same results.
