Default Packet builder CLI ?

I have used the Packet builder to send DHCP anwers to several CPEs that I am testing. This is a setup that I have made to control which IP-adresses that is given to which CPEs based on manipulating destination MAC-adresses away from broadcast and pointed to specific MAC instead.

I wonder if there is a way of useing packet builder to send via Command Line Interface? This way sending a packet can be done via batch-file or simular. and would open a lot of integration possibilities

If not today, can it be implemented?
