something easy to setup Portable preferred with security Like VPN SSH or what ever
also Need to be Free

can you pm me why, all I can find is a packer and a few hits for obviously riskware/proxy

SafetyFirst, at this time, the program shall remain nameless, because legitimate sources point to it as being malware, and posting links to malware (which are promptly removed) is against the TOS.

If you can boot into the TAILS LiveCD, you will have a secure Tor setup. No configuration is required. Don't mess with the default setup, and definately don't mess with your disks.

the thing is All the bridges are being blocked
even when i'm trying to get new ones

i tried connecting to Tor network using Ultrasurf proxy i don't know if that safe
but it worked with a very slow speed

It's possible to get private bridge IPs.

Another way to find public bridge addresses is to send mail to bridges@torproject.org with the line "get bridges" by itself in the body of the mail. However, so we can make it harder for an attacker to learn lots of bridge addresses, you must send this request from an email address at one of the following domains:

* gmail.com
* yahoo.com
* mit.edu

-https://bridges.torproject.org/

If you can't manage that, I could request them and PM you. But then you'd need to trust me
