Default searchmeup

How can I get rid of all those lines with searchmeup.
After removing these and change these lines in the registery, there keep coming back!!!
Anyone can help?

can you post a new log with an updated version of hjt, yours is well out of date and there should be a couple of other entries with this pest

it all looks clear now, but

It looks clear now, but when I see this entry

it normally means that some start ups have been disabled using MSconfig

open msconfig and enable EVERYTHING on the start up tab and post a new full hijackthis log so we can check
