Yes, thank you. However, there are still several toolbars, etc, which must be avoided in the installation. Just go slow and be sure you are not installing all the add-ons when when updating. This is a good update program, just a few obstacles to watch when installing and updating.

Thanks for using SUMo

Just to be fully transparent :
- Regular installer : Relevant Knowledge + Toolbars (all optional)
- NoRK installer : Toolbars (all optional)
- Lite Installer : NO SPONSOR
- Zip/7z packages : NO SPONSOR

Do you allow direct download links to be posted here?

BTW your product is awesome. I use the portable zip package.

Thanks for implementing my suggestion. If you don't mind, I'll add 1 more...what about adding an option to allow users to backup (export) their settings/database of scanned executable/installed software, ignored list etc and import it back in case of let's say a Windows re-install or simply using the same settings on a another PC with similar set of installed software.

Currently, a user can go to %appdata% and copy the "KC Softwares\Sumo" folder and paste it back when/where needed. However, it would make it easier especially for those not familiar with such directories to have such an export/import function built into the program itself.

Thanks for pointing this out - tho I've used SUMO for quite some time, I've overlooked the Lite Installer - always using Nork. I really appreciate the app - thanks, it's awsome!

You're welcome Your idea was a good one and it was very easy to implement.

This new idea is nice too but requires more development... I'll try to have it implemented soon too.

Thank you all for participating to SUMo improvement !

And it would be easier if this folder and the registry settings were written inside the application folder in the portable version

Firstly thanks for sharing such a simple and usefull tool, SUMo. But I want to state that Emsisoft Anti-Malware is blocking kcsoftwares site. I hope this misunderstanding will be corrected soon.
Have a good work !.

Thanks !
If you like SUMo and find it useful, spread the word and recommend it (on web site, to friends, at work,...). The more users it has, the more accurate it gets !

Concerning Emsisoft Anti-Malware, i'll report it as false positive. In order to have this fixed faster on their side, maybe you should report it as well.

Now that database is no more synchronized, it will take 1 hour before it has enougth data to provide reliable results.

Do not hesitate to run scan+check in order to accelerate the overall process for the benefit of all

Just a question - not really an issue, but when I scan the last couple days, SuMo checks the apps, but on the far left, there is no longer a green "OK" showing. Is this just a bug - or is it meant to be that way? Thanks for your efforts!
