Question Esetnod32 antivirus is not updated???

A few days ago, i bought ESETnod32 Antivirus 5 license. The problem is, my esetnod32 v5 can not update automatically or manually. Please see my SS :

When viewed here: http://www.eset.eu/support/update-xy1, i'm sure my esetnod is out of date. I was suspicious because it was 3 days my esetnod32 did not update anything.

In first day i bought it, it updated with no problem.

Someone please help...

Excuse my English.

Thanks in advance.

You can try simply clearing the update cache using the KB article here or you may need to simply reinstall.

If these fail, you may need to contact your local customer care department for assistance.
