Nod shows up orange

I have just logged on to find that my Nod is showing it with a orange ! needing attention. it says my licence expires in 13 days, and says I can either renew or enter my new password/username and licence. Will it stay orange till the expiry date?
But I have no intention of renewing. Mainly because I've had a few issues with, and the renewal cost is way too high at £28.

$28 must be for 2 years I suppose. ? Price to high. Do not know, what other security solutions cost in the US, but NOD32 has always been worth the money for me.............(and my customers)
