Thanks for posting this here! You may want to be sure other users are aware of it by letting them know as well (on other forums, etc.) It is limited time but a very good discount!

Prevx users will be automatically upgraded to Webroot at some point in the future but if your license expires before this is complete, you'll want to purchase WSA directly. If you purchase WSA now, you can leave the license unactivated until your Prevx subscription has expired (it won't start counting down until you paste it into the product).

Why the discrimination against non USA customers? Is your market now mainland USA only? This is a serious question because I really don't like this policy and will affect my future renewal policy.

If Webroot really has confidence in itself and products this is a very shortsighted marketing strategy. Shame.

Go through the process of buying to see if it will let you buy it and let us know, I can do it in Canada but in US funds as it has a country list to choose your country!

I believe you should still be able to buy them outside of the US. We're working on localization into other areas but as long as you pay in USD, you should receive the same discounts.

Joe, if purchased product is BOXED, is the license on the CD? Do you have to do a uninstall/re-install or is the activation enclosed separately? Would seem it would be easier to just insert the new reg'n number in existing installation, activate, and be done. Dunno, thus asking.

I believe it's printed inside the box - I haven't actually opened up any of the ones I've purchased but you should be able to just type in the license in your existing installation without a problem. I know there are some differences between which retailer's box you're using (Walmart is different from BestBuy, for example) but you should never have to uninstall/reinstall.
