Default Eset Smart Security has two issues

I'm a win7 user and i have two issues to report
First,When I click "Show desktop" button on the right bottom of the desktop,Eset Smart Security 5.0.94.4 will change it's Notification Area Icon to yellow "!" to notice me it has changed into "Game Mode" but I'm not.It's boresome....So please not let it changed into game mode when user click "Show Desktop"

Second,I'm a Chinese user and I can't use update to check the newest available version of eset smart security.For example , I use 5.0.94.4 and the version 5.0.95.0 is released.But when I go to the update page and click the check link to check available Eset Smart Security Version , It tells me the available version is also 5.0.94.4 but not 5.0.95.0 Is this a bug?

It is not a bug, it is by design. If you want to update do so as per
